Our Story
Co-founders Gabrielle and Emily met through a shared passion for nutrition and the simple joy of creating genuinely delicious food. As neighbours and friends, our days often begin once the school run is done — coffee in hand, surrounded by cookbooks, experimenting in the kitchen and dreaming up dishes that nourish both body and soul.
Gabrielle is a qualified nutritionist with over a decade of professional experience, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise to support clients on their health journeys. Emily has a strong passion for good food and is beginning her studies in nutrition. We each have 3 children, who all eat in their own individual way so we understand the challenges of feeding kids.
Together, we believe in eating well, celebrating real ingredients and embracing balance — no restriction, no judgement, no ‘off-limits’ foods. Food should be joyful, generous and grounding. Our mission is to share that love of food with our community.
